RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Kiki Gallery. Because we sell both physical yarn and downloadable digital knitting patterns, our return policies differ depending on the type of product purchased.

Yarn & Physical Products

Yarn may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the yarn must be in the same condition in which it was received and must be unused, unwound, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original skein or hank with all original labels and packaging intact. Original skein form.

All yarn sold by The Kiki Gallery is stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Returned yarn must also be free of smoke, pet odors or hair, fragrances, moisture, stains, or any other condition that would prevent it from being resold as new.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. If approved, the purchase price of the returned merchandise will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Digital Knitting Patterns

All digital knitting pattern/PDF purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered. Because digital files cannot be physically returned and remain accessible after delivery, we cannot accept returns on downloaded or delivered patterns.

If you experience a problem downloading your pattern, receive an incorrect file, or believe there is an error with the file, please contact us. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Yarn that has been wound, used, washed, altered, or exposed to smoke, pets, strong odors, fragrances, moisture, or other contaminants cannot be returned.

Starting a Return

To request a return or report a problem with an order, please contact The Kiki Gallery before sending anything back.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and shipped according to the return instructions provided.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
